What's the difference between a standard and deluxe porta potty?
Standard units have a simple chemical toilet. Deluxe models have a flushing toilet and a sink so crews can wash hands on site without a separate handwashing station. Both hold 60 to 70 gallons and cost less to rent than deluxe units. Deluxe is best for weddings and upscale events where comfort matters more than price.
Do I need an ADA accessible unit?
If any crew member or guest has a mobility issue, yes. ADA accessible porta potties have a wider door opening of 32 inches, a 60 inch clear turning circle inside and grab bars. We cluster them so at least one per five units meets the standard. Call ahead if you need one and we'll place it close to the work or entrance.
How often do porta potties get serviced?
Standard service is once per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour work week. High-traffic sites get more. We pump the tank, restock toilet paper and soap, clean the seat and bowl and add fresh blue liquid. If your unit fills faster or smells bad, call and we come back sooner at no extra charge during the rental.
Can I rent a dumpster and a porta potty together?
Yes. Call with both needs and we'll quote both. Roll-off dumpster rental clears construction debris and portable restroom rental handles the crew. Many Denver contractors use both on the same job. Combo rentals usually cost less than booking separately.
